The customisable nature of the SHÉ offering allowing the customer to personalise their sizing means we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
All pieces are handcrafted in Melbourne and quality checked prior to being dispatched from our Melbourne studio. We take the utmost pride ensuring every garment is perfect prior to entering its new home.
Exclusive in quantity and premium in quality. Each piece is numbered to reflect the collectible nature and exclusivity.
Should you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us via email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your garment. Whereby we can look further into the problem, to come up with a reasonable solution. If garments are faulty the damage will be assessed, and a solution determined based on the state of the garment.
Possible refunds for damaged or faulty items will take place within two weeks of being notified of the issue.
For orders within Australia we charge a flat rate of $10. Orders will be sent within three business days of processing your order. Orders are sent during business hours between Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia post. Shipping is not covered by insurance. Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via email with your tracking number.
Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery of your parcel. Delivery may be signed for by anyone at the nominated delivery address. If this cannot be achieved, the driver will leave a delivery card at your nominated delivery address detailing how and when the delivery can be collected.
If the parcel is not collected or returned to SHÉ, re-sending this parcel to your nominated address will incur an additional $10 AUD standard shipping fee.
International shipping is available, costs and time frames vary. Costs vary based on the number of items purchased, total cost of order and the destination country. If you would like to place an order with us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss purchase and delivery options available to you.
International orders are sent using DHL Express, which offers full tracking from dispatch to delivery. The shipping time is 2 to 6 business days, which varies from country to country. However, these delivery times are estimates only and unforeseen delays in shipping during peak times may occur.
Please ensure a safe delivery address is provided as SHÉ cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels or parcels delivered to the incorrect address (where an incorrect address was provided).
A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at the online checkout, based on the delivery address. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business address please include name of the business and full address in the shipping information upon checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and create.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
